Please note, our products are made to order, so please allow us 2 days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. Our products are created and shipped with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're unhappy with something you received, please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction. **Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after orders have been shipped. We will assist with showing you the correct outlets if any missing or delayed packages happen while in transit. AFMG Cafe cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.
Since our products are perishable, all food sales are final, per the Board of Health.
To make sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you receive, please inspect your package as soon as your order arrives.
AFMG Cafe is not responsible for damage or loss as the result of shipments being returned or deemed undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply upon order, or for inability of the recipient to receive the package on the day you specify delivery. We do not take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transport. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package from the carrier. Please ask the driver to make a note of the damage and contact us immediately at AFMGCafe@gmail.com, which will help us file a claim with the carrier.
We are unable to guarantee proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they are delivered to the correct mailing addresses by third party carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), which is, unfortunately, out of our control. We are also unable to control extreme weather conditions that may delay packages already in transit. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make arrangements for timely receipt of packages prior to ordering. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, due to perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card. For a full refund on your product, the product must be returned in a timely manner and in original packaging.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the claim once received. We do not pay for return shipments.
